Hi Dreamer, how is your heart?
Heart Apotheca was created first as a crystal shop and reiki healing service on
2 February 2019, when Sally began her journey as an energetic healer. A year later, she met Tatiana, who was just beginning to uncover her own scars and hidden traumas while studying Tarot and personal development.
Fast forward to 2023. Sally is now an experienced intuitive healer, channeling messages from Spirit Guides through mediums such as crystal healings & readings, reiki, and Tarot cards. She provides guidance to women on their path towards spiritual expansion.
Tatiana is a registered counselor who practices from an intersectional feminist framework, with a focus on multicultural issues, personal development, and creative therapies. She uses Tarot as a reflective tool for her non-counseling clients.
Together, Sally and Tatiana understand that one approach to healing is not enough. It often takes different methods to release low vibrations, create new stories, and dare to take action that is aligned with what the heart desires. Heart Apotheca works with the understanding that you don’t need to “fix” yourself to heal, but to focus instead on radical acceptance and compassion.
SALLY believes life is a journey of self-discovery, self-mastery and growth. Her mission is to empower and support those who desires to re-connect with their inner-selves to heal and make positive transformations in their lives.
Born a Taiwanese and raised in Thailand, as a little girl, Sally would often have out-of-body experiences, sleep paralysis, astral travel to other dimensions to escape traumatic environments, and involuntarily absorb others' emotions. She felt out of place, empty and struggled to feel present in her body. Although she was always drawn to spiritual studies as a child, she had no access to these knowledge in English to find answers to her struggles. Time never seemed to have moved for her as she entered into adulthood feeling even more frustrated, lost, and hopeless in all areas of her life.
In 2017, Sally finally found a place to start her spiritual journey. She studied and practiced meditation, psychic development and various energy healing modalities for her own healing and connection with her True Self and the Divine. Her inner-world transformation started to reflect to the outer-world in the most beautiful and loving way. For the first time in her life, time started to move and life became meaningful, joyful and filled with hope for Sally. It was from all of this that she discovered her sacred calling: To be of service to those who desires to heal and grow in their spiritual journey.
Sally is a certified Pro Crystal Healer, Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist offering healing services as Crystal Journey Healing, Intuitive Crystal Reading, Intuitive Tarot Card Reading, Crystal Reiki Therapy and Past Life Regressions. Sally also has 9 years of hospitality management experience and 4 years of business development experience in the luxury furniture industry.
TATIANA is an intersectional feminist counselor, intuitive Tarot reader, and creative writing teacher.
She works primarily with people of multicultural or Third Culture backgrounds, on issues relating to themes such as stress management, anxiety, depression, personal development, career, body image, sexuality, LGBTQ+ issues, relationships, co-dependency, friendships, family dynamics, self-esteem, self-confidence, grief, multiculturalism, trauma, living with ADHD, and other major (or minor) life changes.
Before Tatiana began her career in counseling, she was an English and creative writing teacher who also mentored teenagers on career discovery and soft skills development. When she’s not counseling, you can find her on the yoga mat or reading Tarot cards. While her counselng work is secular and evidence-based, Tatiana recognizes that if spirituality is an important component of your beliefs, then spiritual practice can be incorporated and integrated into your mental wellbeing goals too.
Tatiana is registered with the Australian Counselling Association and has a Master of Counselling degree from Monash University.
LUCIA A wife, mother, blogger and entrepreneur who's true desire is to connect with others in a meaningful way. As someone who's combed through a multitude of insecurities, Lucia wants to be a positive force and voice in helping other women celebrate their diverse self-expression and beauty.
Mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health are all interlinked and there is no shame in a little self indulgence. A beauty regimen doesn't have to be complicated or a luxury. Lovingly crafted, Lucia creates products with simple, natural, and high performing ingredients to take you back to basics and encourage a sense of self-love.
